1) Get a step above your competitors:
You can't control how great your competitor's products & branding are, but you CAN control how you make people feel. We'll help you and your team deliver an experience your community will never forget.

2) Capture more customers:
Be there for your customers when they're ready to buy. We need to stop putting a timeline on people buying our products and services. People will buy when they're ready, the most important thing you can be doing right now is getting them into your cricle so when they're ready to buy, they buy from YOU instead of your competitors. Be there for them when they're ready. Add value to their life, and they'll choose you.
3) Build word of mouth momentum:
You can't measure it, but you can feel it. It's a beautiful thing when you can shut your ads down and you still see daily sales in your store. That's word of mouth for you. That's community. When FB & IG go down for a day (probably a month at some point), you can still sustain sales and grow. Nothing can stop a person telling another person about you. It happens every day, even when technology fails. Your community is a living organism. It doesn't just exist on a single platform, it exists in the real world.
